Flat Roof Replacement
If it’s time to replace your existing flat roof, take this opportunity to upgrade your roofing system so it will last you longer this time. Flat roofs in the past were made with multiple layers tar and felt, then topped with gravel to protect the roof and assist in drainage. These roofs tend to last 10 to 30 years. If you have a roof like this and it is coming on 10 to 30 years you should start thinking of getting it replaced. Most flat roof replacements will last 25 to 30 years, and some solutions last up to 50 years.

At the start of the roof replacement we will conduct a second check to make sure nothing was missed the first time. If there is any new problem, we will bring it to you immediately. As work commences, e will set up protective barriers and move outside plantar boxes and other items as needed. Don’t worry, we will reset everything when we are done. We will do our best to make sure you still have easy entry to your building but please be patient with us if we need to block an exit for a moment.
